2007 Minutes To Midnight

Minutes To Midnight es el tercer álbum de estudio lanzado por Linkin Park, salió a la venta el 14 de mayo de 2007 y el disco demuestra un cambio de sonido notable en relación a sus 2 anteriores trabajos. La canción "The Little Things Give You Away" es un claro ejemplo de esto ya que trata del huracán Katrina que embistió a New Orleans, el sonido del disco finalmente se definió como un Rock Alternativo con leves influencias al Nu Metal de antaño. De sus seguidores recibió duras críticas por el cambio propuesto en el álbum, pero a muchos otros el cambio de estilo significó una evolución en la banda. A pesar de sus críticas el disco ha vendido a la fecha 8 millones de copias en el mundo.

Según Chester Bennington el título del CD hace referencia al "Doomsday clock" que se construyó en Chicago en el transcurso de la segunda guerra mundial. El reloj indica cuan cerca del final estamos en minutos y a la fecha de salida del disco quedaban 5 minutos para la medianoche. Este título al ser un tanto "apocalíptico" demuestra el cambio que quiso seguir la banda.

2003 Meteora

Meteora es el segundo álbum de Linkin Park lanzado el 25 de marzo del año 2003, sólo en su primera semana el disco vendió 810.000 copias y a la fecha lleva mas de 16 millones de copias vendidas en el mundo. Su productor, al igual que en su primer trabajo, fue Don Gilmore. El álbum consta de 13 canciones, de las cuales 6 fueron lanzadas como sencillos oficiales con su respectivo video, a excepción de "Lying From You", que solo fue un sencillo promocional en EEUU con fotos del álbum "Live In Texas". El CD también tiene una edición especial (la caratula es azul) que incluye el "Making Of Meteora".

2000 Hybrid Theory

Hybrid Theory es el nombre que recibe el primer disco de estudio lanzado por Linkin Park el 24 de Octubre del año 2000. El álbum esta calificado como Diamante (lo que equivale a 10 veces platino) ya que ha vendido hasta la fecha 29 millones de copias en todo el mundo. El nombre del disco era el original para la banda, pero esta no lo pudo utilizar por problemas con los derechos de un grupo inglés llamado Hybrid. El álbum trata principalmente los problemas que el vocalista Chester Bennington tuvo en su infancia tales como el abuso de alcohol, drogas o la violencia intrafamiliar. Su género musical es el Nu Metal y el Rapcore, su productor fue Don Gilmore y cuenta con 12 canciones, de las cuales 4 fueron lanzadas como sencillos. Ademas existe una versión especial del disco que incluye 5 canciones mas.

2010 A Thousand Suns

A Thousand Suns es el cuarto álbum de estudio de la banda, salió a la venta el 14 de septiembre de 2010. Su primer single de nombre The Catalyst salió el 2 de agosto del 2010. El disco alcanzó el n.º 1 en el Billboard 200 en su primera semana de ventas.

A Thousand Suns es un álbum conceptual que trata sobra la guerra nuclear y los temas de la guerra en general. "En este disco, la mezcla de conceptos, ideas humanas con la tecnología, de los temores humanos, el miedo de lo que va a ocurrir en el mundo", dijo Mike Shinoda en una entrevista en MTV.
El álbum pese a su gran éxito comercial y haber ganado discos de oro y de platino en varios paises, ha tenido criticas mixtas y ha sido comparado con el Kid A de Radiohead y Dark Side Of The Moon de Pink Floyd.
